Catalina 30 Fleet 1, San Francisco has amended the bylaws as follows:
A. In San Francisco, due to the wide range of local wind speeds, we allow two spinnakers of different material weights.
Typically boats will carry a .75oz and a 1.5 oz chute. This modifies article II.C.2
B. Due to the high winds, we also allow battens in the 110% and smaller jibs. This adds to the longevity of the sail. This modifies article II.C.5
